Return Policy: Free People Records offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. To initiate a return, please email email@fm4fp.com and make sure to include the order number.

In order to receive a full refund:

Items must be in new condition and returned in proper packaging to ensure resalability

Packs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.

Defective or damaged items
